Stamped metal stripes can be plated to customer specified coating thicknesses.
Four electro-chemical reel-to-reel plating lines:
- for continuous stripe
- stripe width up to 60 mm
- plating thicknesses are from 0,1 um - 5 um
Chemical plating line for MID-LDS process:
Typical base materials that can be plated are copper alloy,
stainless steel, and nickel silver.
Surface coatings with following materials:
- nickel
- lead
- lead silver
- copper
- palladium
- gold
Loose part coatings can be also arranged with sub-contractors.
We have own laboratory for bath analysis and x-ray thickness measurement device in-house.
